We’re looking for a hands-on Hotel Manager to lead daily operations at Sonesta Simply Suites , a mid-scale extended-stay hotel known for comfort and simplicity. If you're passionate about guest service, team leadership, and hotel efficiency—we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all hotel operations: front desk, housekeeping, maintenance
- Ensure exceptional service and clean, well-maintained rooms
- Build lasting relationships with long-term guests
- Train, lead, and support your team to deliver on Sonesta standards
- Monitor financial performance and manage payroll, inventory, and cost controls
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain brand compliance and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of hotel management experience (extended-stay a plus)
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Comfortable with hotel tech and property management systems (PMS)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma required; hospitality degree preferred
