Job Description

We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support our communication initiatives and ensure alignment across internal and external messaging. This role plays a key part in developing clear, compelling content that reflects our brand voice and strengthens our presence. If you are highly organized, strategic, and passionate about delivering communication excellence, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Assist in the creation, editing, and coordination of written communications across multiple channels.
Support the development of internal communications to ensure clarity, alignment, and consistency.
Coordinate communication materials for company initiatives, announcements, and events.
Maintain accurate documentation, messaging guidelines, and communication calendars.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging meets strategic goals.
Monitor brand tone, messaging consistency, and adherence to communication standards.
Prepare reports, summaries, and materials that support communication strategies.

Qualifications

Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging content.
Strong organizational, planning, and coordination abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
