Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, one or more years of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, and active licensure for the state of Ohio.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior assignments with the agency or the organization are highly desired; experience with outpatient therapy is preferred.
• Additional Information: The role involves completing comprehensive evaluations, documenting medical records accurately and timely, participating in student programs, and maintaining compliance with state practice acts and organizational policies. Professional development through continuing education and active participation in professional organizations is encouraged to meet organizational goals. The position requires adherence to safety protocols, including safe patient handling, infectious disease precautions, slips, trips, and falls prevention, and maintaining a professional appearance and punctuality.
