Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field required; CPA preferred.
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including strong expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, procure-to-pay processes, fixed assets, and month-end close.
• Manufacturing or other inventory-intensive industry experience is required.
• Public company experience is highly preferred, along with proven leadership experience managing accounting, accounts payable, procurement, or shared services teams.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, audit support, and ERP systems.
• Remote opportunity for candidates residing in Arizona, offering a competitive salary of $115,000 - $125,000, plus bonus and equity participation.
