Area Sales Manager

Eurofins Viracor seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in an assigned territory by executing sales strategies, expanding existing accounts, and acquiring new clients. The role requires achieving sales quotas while managing territory operations and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% of assigned sales quotas and develop territory plans to maximize revenue
• Develop and deliver sales presentations; move prospects through sales pipeline to close
• Maintain and grow revenue from existing accounts through regular client contact and business reviews
• Manage territory routing, call activity planning, and overnight travel to cover geographical area
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and complete administrative tasks including CRM entry and expense reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in sciences or business administration
• 3–5 years direct sales experience; laboratory or medical sales preferred
• Ability to travel up to 75%
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and iPad applications
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Customer service focus with professional demeanor
