Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement comprehensive, recovery-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring each plan aligns with best practices in mental health.

• Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate the treatment needs of clients, making adjustments to service plans as required.

• Collaborate closely with clients to enhance their coping mechanisms and life skills, focusing on problem-solving and communication techniques.

• Educate clients on available community resources, advocating for their needs, and helping them access critical services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients who may face challenges with community integration and stability due to mental health issues. Your empathetic approach and ability to provide culturally sensitive care will be key to fostering trust and supporting clients on their journey toward recovery and independence.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current state license issued by the state board in one of the following specialties: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean disciplinary record related to professional licensing.

• Familiarity with telehealth systems and an aptitude for leveraging technology to enhance client care.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct clinical services.
