Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gauge client needs, challenges, and goals, laying the groundwork for personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active California state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapy and case management services, demonstrating your capability in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities, particularly CBT and ABA, with a solid understanding of their application.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, which are essential for effective client interaction and record-keeping.
