Software Implementation & Business Process Coordinator

The Software Implementation Coordinator & Business Process Coordinator supports the successful implementation, configuration, and deployment of applications across the organization. Working closely with the Manager and external consultants, this role assists with project coordination, requirements gathering, system configuration activities, testing, documentation, training, and change management initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating multiple workstreams while serving as a liaison between business stakeholders, software vendors, and implementation partners. Experience working with Odoo and supporting software implementation projects is required. Responsibilities Support the implementation, configuration, and deployment of business systems and technology solutions across the organization. Coordinate project activities, timelines, meetings, deliverables, and follow‑up actions to ensure successful execution and adherence to project milestones. Gather, document, and organize business requirements, workflows, process maps, and business rules in collaboration with stakeholders. Work closely with implementation partners and consultants to support system configuration and ensure solutions align with business needs and operational processes. Assist with system testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue tracking, validation, and resolution of identified gaps. Support data migration, data validation, and system readiness activities to ensure accuracy and integrity during implementation. Serve as a liaison between business users, project leadership, software vendors, and external consultants, facilitating clear communication and collaboration. Maintain project documentation, implementation plans, training materials, standard operating procedures, and system‑related records. Coordinate training sessions and provide end‑user support to promote successful system adoption and utilization. Assist with change management initiatives, including communications, stakeholder engagement, readiness activities, and user feedback collection. Track project risks, action items, dependencies, and outstanding issues, escalating concerns to project leadership as appropriate. Identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow enhancements that support operational efficiency and business objectives. Support post‑deployment activities, including troubleshooting coordination, adoption monitoring, documentation updates, and continuous improvement efforts. Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and implementation metrics to support decision‑making and project governance. Collaborate cross‑functionally with departments to ensure systems, processes, and business requirements remain aligned and effectively supported. Skills Software Implementation & Configuration Project Coordination Business Process Analysis Change Management & User Adoption Experience &Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, systems implementation, business operations, business analysis, or a related role Experience supporting software, ERP, or business system implementations, including configuration, testing, and UAT; strong experience with Odoo is a must. Experience coordinating projects with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external consultants to ensure successful execution and deployment.
