About The Role

Cornerstone Media Group is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Online Live Chat Representative to join our remote customer support team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with customer service, administrative, retail, or clerical experience who enjoy helping others through written communication.

As an Online Live Chat Representative, you will assist customers by answering questions, providing information about products and services, resolving basic inquiries, and ensuring every interaction delivers a positive customer experience. No prior live chat experience is required—we provide comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
