AAG is seeking a Temp-to-PermJuniorAccount Executive to join our CorporateCommunicationsPractice. This role will provide day-to-day account coordination, project support, and strategic communicationsassistanceacross a variety of client accounts. TheJAEwill work closely with client teams to support media relations, research, reporting, account management, and communications initiatives while collaborating with colleagues across Alpha’s four U.S. offices. Description of Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Support client teams in close collaboration with team members, team leaders, and clients by providing high-quality project coordination and communications support. Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, excellent listening skills, and a collaborative work ethic. Manage project details, timelines, and deadlines while communicating project status with internal teams and clients. Assist with the development and maintenance of media lists, influencer lists, account trackers, editorial calendars, project timelines, and other client support materials. Provide general account support, including preparing meeting agendas, scheduling, note-taking, follow-up communications, action item tracking, and project logistics. Conduct research on brands, competitors, industries, executives, and emerging issues, delivering concise summaries, key insights, and implications for clients. Support the daily operation of media monitoring, analytics, and research platforms to develop media lists, monitor traditional and social media conversations, and assist with client reporting and measurement dashboards. Produce high-quality communications materials, including briefing documents, reports, presentations, media materials, and other strategic communications content. Assist with project management and administrative support across multiple client accounts to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on tim Participate in client meetings, agency planning sessions, and internal collaboration efforts. Help build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive, organized, and proactive support. Basic Qualifications & Necessary Technical Skills: One year of experience in public relations, corporate communications, media, management consulting, government, journalism, or related fields (agency experience a plus). Bachelor’s degree in relevant area of study (e.g. public relations, journalism, communications, business) Excellent verbal, writing, research, and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail Experience in working with client teams Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite; MuckRack; Canva and other similar tools. Understanding of social media platforms such as X (Twitter), LinkedIn and others. Participate in hybrid work environment with mandatory 3 days weekly in office, 2 days remote.
