Associate Attorney (Corporate/Tax)

DescriptionRobert Half Legal has partnered with a well-respected mid-sized transactional firm in downtown Chicago on an Associate Attorney (Corporate/Tax) position. The Associate Attorney (Corporate/Tax) will advise clients on guiding businesses through entity structuring, partnership and joint venture arrangements, and related tax planning considerations including tax strategy and drafting tax opinions.
