Work Environment\n

As a remote position, this role allows for a seamless integration of work-life balance. You will primarily conduct sessions via telehealth but will also have opportunities for face-to-face engagement in our outpatient office when necessary. Our clinic values flexible scheduling, enabling you to offer support to clients at their convenience with office availability from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide one-on-one therapeutic interventions to clients by developing personalized therapy strategies based on individual assessments and treatment goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Virginia is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by performance bonuses.
