Role Description The Front Desk Representative is a part-time, on-site role based at Hotel Triton in San Francisco, CA. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and handling inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, assisting with reservations, resolving guest concerns, and coordinating with housekeeping and other hotel teams to ensure a smooth guest experience. The Front Desk Representative will maintain accurate records, process payments, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. This position supports a high level of guest satisfaction by ensuring that every interaction is prompt, courteous, and service-focused. Qualifications Strong customer service skills, with experience in guest-facing roles and a commitment to providing a positive and welcoming experience. Receptionist and front desk operations skills, including receptionist duties, check-in/check-out processes, and basic administrative tasks. Professional phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and requests clearly and efficiently. Experience with reservations processes, such as booking rooms, modifying reservations, and confirming details with guests. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel or booking systems preferred. Reliable attendance, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Prior hospitality or hotel front desk experience is an advantage but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
