We don't simply fill empty calendar slots. We solve the complex scheduling challenges healthcare organizations face every day by balancing clinical credentials, staffing requirements, overtime thresholds, coverage needs, compliance requirements, and labor costs before a schedule is published.

Who we're looking for\n

An execution-focused commercial co-founder to drive pilot acquisition and revenue growth alongside the founding team.

\n

\n

We're particularly interested in people with deep healthcare relationships and access to decision-makers.

\n

Strong candidates typically come from:

• Healthcare operations or administration
\n
• Medical device or healthcare sales
\n
• Healthcare staffing and recruiting
\n
• Workforce management or healthcare technology sales
\n

The ideal partner\n

\n

\n
• Knows the operational, financial, and compliance pain of healthcare staffing firsthand
\n
• Has existing relationships with healthcare decision-makers
\n
• Has relationships within skilled nursing facilities, urgent care centers, home health agencies, clinics, hospitals, or similar organizations
\n
• Is comfortable building from the ground up and has the persistence to win early customers
\n
• Brings a relationship-first approach to business development
\n
• Can communicate the advantage of deploying a workforce scheduling platform that does not require access to patient health information
\n

Responsibilities\n

\n

\n
• Drive outreach to healthcare leaders and operational decision-makers
\n
• Use your healthcare relationships to open doors and generate qualified opportunities
\n
• Run product demonstrations, secure pilots, and convert them into paying accounts
\n
• Build and own customer relationships within your book of business
\n
• Help shape go-to-market strategy and positioning
\n
• Generate revenue and take ownership of your commercial results
\n

\n

Compensation\n

\n

Meaningful co-founder equity earned through commercial milestones, plus 50% commission on subscription revenue you personally generate for the first 15 months.

\n

\n

You get paid when the company gets paid.

\n

\n

There is no salary at this stage . This is a genuine ground-floor ownership opportunity with direct economic participation in the business you help build.

Outside fractional work is compatible, as long as you deliver here.

\n
