Founding Field Sales Representative
\n \nRemote, USA | Full-time
\n \nBioScale Talent Partners is partnering with a fast-growing, YC-backed AI company to hire a Founding Field Sales Representative.
\n \nThis is an opportunity to become one of the company's first US sales hires and help build its healthcare GTM motion from the ground up.
\n \nThe company has built AI agents that automate repetitive healthcare workflows including claims processing, eligibility, prior authorisation and data entry. The technology is already being used by enterprise customers.
\n \nThe role:
\n \nThis is a true field sales position.
\n \nThe successful candidate will spend significant time travelling across the US, visiting physician practices, opening doors, building relationships and booking qualified meetings for the AE team.
\n \nThe role will include:
\n- \n
- Prospecting and visiting physician practices in person \n
- Building and managing target territories \n
- Booking qualified meetings for AEs \n
- Selling into orthopaedics, multi-specialty groups, surgery centres and practice management companies \n
- Testing messaging and sales approaches \n
- Working directly with the founders to build the field sales playbook \n
The person:
\n \nThe ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of sales experience, ideally in:
\n- \n
- Pharmaceutical sales \n
- Medical device \n
- Healthcare technology \n
- Healthcare services \n
They should enjoy being on the road, be confident approaching new customers and have a strong desire to build something early.
\nPrevious AI experience isn't required.
\n \nWhat's on offer
