Thur-Hole Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm )

• Manually insert electronic components into circuit boards using diagrams, bills of material, and work instructions.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure components are correctly placed and meet quality standards.
• Use hand tools as needed to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety and PPE requirements.
• Participate in training and work closely with team members to support production goals and quality expectations.

Thur-Hole Operator Qualifications:

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or other hands-on work experience preferred; electronics assembly experience is a plus.
• Must have strong fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, close vision, and attention to detail for repetitive component insertion work.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, along with basic computer and math skills.
• Candidates must follow diagrams, work instructions, and quality standards.
• High School Diploma or GED required unless otherwise specified.
