This full-time position allows you to work remotely while also engaging with clients who visit our outpatient clinics. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will assume numerous responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and collaboratively developing individual treatment plans tailored specifically to their goals.

• Providing effective evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, using techniques that align with current best practices in marriage and family therapy.
\n
• Guiding clients through difficult life transitions, trauma, relational conflicts, and mental health challenges, fostering resilience and promoting a proactive approach to wellness.

• Working closely with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to deliver seamless, holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with state and federal regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Participating in case consultations, professional development trainings, and clinical team meetings to enhance your skills and contribute to team-based decision-making.

• Managing a caseload that reflects your clinical expertise and interests, enabling you to provide the most passionate and personalized care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with represent a wide range of demographics, facing various challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and the effects of trauma. Our focus is on providing inclusive care that respects and understands the unique experiences of each individual, couple, and family. You will be equipped to engage with a diverse population, including underserved and marginalized communities, ensuring their voices are heard and valid in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in Tennessee, or eligibility to become licensed within 90 days.

• A robust understanding of systemic therapy, trauma-informed care, and relational therapeutic models.

• Previous experience working directly with couples, families, and diverse populations.
\n
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and completing clinical documentation accurately.
\n
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience\n

While the qualifications above are required, having the following experiences will be advantageous:

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a similar environment, with a proven track record of successful therapeutic interventions.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms, adapting therapeutic practices for a remote setting.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, or crisis intervention, will be greatly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
