Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and maintaining the integrity of clinical records.

• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools to accurately gauge the mental health needs of clients and inform treatment strategies in collaboration with the clinical team.

• Engage in interdisciplinary teamwork to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to client goals.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating compliance and fostering a culture of excellence within the clinic.

• Serve as a liaison for clients connecting with other service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate resource access.

• Establish effective communication channels within the community to ensure program alignment with local standards and organizational mission.

• Build and nurture relationships with various agencies to expand the clinic’s outreach, identify funding opportunities, and develop potential partnerships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary population served consists of adults and adolescents facing emotional and psychological challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Clients may also include individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries, ensuring a diverse and dynamic caseload that allows for varied engagement approaches and therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required to ensure a deep understanding of clinical concepts and practices.
