Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Valid SLP-CCC required
• Eligible for or holding state licensure for SLP in Virginia
• Comfortable with school-based and virtual (teletherapy) service delivery models
• Previous experience serving school-age children preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services onsite or via teletherapy
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes per school guidelines
• Engage in IEP meetings and provide expertise in communication disorders
