Media Buying Specialist About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on Media Buying Specialist to launch and scale new paid acquisition channels for our iGaming products. You’ll be responsible for buying and optimizing traffic through ad networks and local media platforms, managing budgets, testing creatives and placements, and driving measurable growth across our products. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with TrafficJunky, TrafficStars, ExoClick, PropellerAds or similar platforms and understands how paid acquisition works in the iGaming industry. Location: Remote (EU) Type: Full-time, permanent Seniority: Middle / Senior Key Responsibilities Launch, manage and scale campaigns across TrafficJunky, TrafficStars, ExoClick, PropellerAds and similar ad networks Develop and execute media buying strategies for iGaming products Manage budgets, bidding strategies and targeting to maximize ROAS and LTV Test and optimize creatives, landing pages, placements and funnels Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth Track key performance indicators including CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR and conversions Build and maintain relationships with ad network and media platform representatives Develop placements on major local media platforms for both brand awareness and performance Work closely with Product and Creative teams to adapt campaigns to different traffic sources Monitor competitors and new trends in iGaming media buying Build transparent reporting and establish performance benchmarks for new traffic sources. Ideal Candidate Profile 3+ years of hands-on Media Buying experience in iGaming Strong practical experience with ad networks, especially TrafficJunky, TrafficStars, ExoClick, PropellerAds or similar Understanding of sports betting / gambling products, their monetization and acquisition funnels Experience managing paid traffic budgets and optimizing campaigns based on performance data Strong analytical and testing mindset Ability to work independently and take ownership of a traffic channel Good communication skills and ability to work with Product, Creative and Marketing teams Nice to Have Experience with major local media platforms DSP experience Existing relationships with ad network account managers Experience working directly inside an iGaming/betting product. #J-18808-Ljbffr SoftConstruct
