Senior CXO Program Manager

As a key operational force multiplier, the full-time Senior CXO Program Manager will partner with the CXO Leadership Team to facilitate strategic planning, prioritize initiatives, and drive cross-functional collaboration in a remote-eligible role. Key responsibilities Facilitate long-term strategic planning and ensure alignment of the CXO team's roadmap with organizational goals Lead high-priority initiatives across multiple CXO portfolios while monitoring operational efficiency and collaboration Oversee the goal-setting process and prepare executive-level presentations for business reviews Required qualifications 8-12+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Operations, Corporate Strategy, or senior program management roles Prior experience in Customer Experience, Customer Success, or operational environments is preferred Ability to navigate complex transformations and drive alignment among senior executives Strong command of program management methodologies and strategic planning frameworks Exceptional emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive information
