We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Healthcare Administrative Assistant to join New Paradigm Staffing, a growing healthcare staffing agency focused on remote administrative support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and assisting teams with daily healthcare operations.
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to clinical or corporate teams
- Manage calendars, documents, and email communications
- Assist with data entry and reporting
- Help maintain organized digital files and resources
- Uphold confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
