Working with an extensive client base, TEKsystems is searching for experienced Healthcare Executive Assistant professionals in the Baton Rouge and Lafayette, LA area!

A Day in the Role:
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate global travel, streamline expense reports, and oversee high-impact projects with precision.
- Orchestrate engaging corporate events that strengthen team connections.
- Leading morale committee, champion innovative initiatives to elevate workplace culture across the corporate office and company wide.
- Contribute to emergency preparedness planning, ensuring operational resilience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher)
- Stay ahead of the latest trends, eagerly learning and sharing cutting-edge tips to empower and train colleagues.
- Passionate about organization, collaboration, and driving team success.
- Acts as a crucial liaison between executive leadership and the billing/financial teams.
- The role blends high-level administrative support with RCM project tracking, performance reporting, and workflow management.
- Manages calendars, coordinates meetings, and handles confidential correspondence for RCM leadership or executives.
- Consolidates and tracks key financial metrics, accounts receivable (AR) trends, and denial rates to present to leadership.
- Drives the execution of revenue cycle strategic initiatives, monitors action items, and ensures operational deadlines are met.
- Facilitates communication between business offices, care centers, and executive teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Ensures all reporting complies with federal, state, and third-party payer rules and regulatory mandates.
- Hours 40 per week. This is a full-time, long-term contract to potential perm opportunity with a competitive salary.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in Executive Assistant/ Leadership support
- Diploma or GED required
- Medical/Healthcare Experience
- Advanced MS Office Experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
