Job Summary Under general supervision, the Clerical Coordinator provides patient scheduling, insurance verification and authorization, general reception activities including front desk and phone, medical record management, patient and referral database management and various secretarial and administrative support services for the Wound Care Director/Manager. Use discretion and judgment when screening visitors and telephone calls, editing materials and organizing own workload to meet established priorities.
