As a Security Officer Hospital Patrol in Philadelphia PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff patients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm professional and problem-solving manner escalating concerns through proper channels when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings entrances parking areas and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
• Assist with access control activities by monitoring entry points verifying credentials as directed and reporting unauthorized persons and/or suspicious behavior.
• Support healthcare operations by documenting incidents completing required reports and communicating observations with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Vaccines are required for this hospital location.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
