Sales & Business Development Manager - North America

NVD's expertise includes passive and active-matrix liquid crystal displays, projected capacitive touch technology, and chemical strengthening of glass for cover lens and aftermarket screen protectors. This is a full-time position based remotely in North America reporting directly to the VP of Sales. We're looking for a self-motivated, high-performing individual with deep experience in both B2B sales and the display and touchscreen industry

Responsibilities:

• Proactively cultivate strategic partnerships with key customers to drive new business opportunities.
• Align NVD's resources and solutions with customers' product roadmaps and growth strategies.
• Define and prioritize business opportunities based on evolving market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
• Lead business development efforts to expand NVD's presence and penetration in North American markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Program Management, Engineering, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
• Support senior management with active regular communication and reports.
• Meet or exceed revenue and lead-generation targets while maintaining a strong, qualified sales funnel.

Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience in display and touchscreen technologies.
• 5+ years in B2B sales or business development roles.
• Degree or equivalent in Engineering.
• Engineering experience in key market segments including medical, automotive, industrial, or consumer.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English; Spanish and Mandarin a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. xhyhwjd
• Willingness to travel frequently within North America and occasionally internationally.
