Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, strengths, and areas of concern, gathering critical information for effective treatment planning.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to address clients’ specific needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing therapeutic interventions designed to promote emotional regulation and resilience.

• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that encompass achievable goals and appropriate interventions, reviewing and adjusting them based on client progress.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, incorporating input from psychiatric assessments and psychological evaluations.

• Provide timely crisis intervention, performing risk assessments and implementing safety plans as necessary to safeguard client welfare.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all therapy sessions and assessments, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups, aiding clients in understanding their mental health challenges and strategies for coping.
