White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in some of the country’s best cities to live. We know that the hospitality business, like life, is about how you make people feel. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will ensure an exceptional guest experience while supporting the daily operations of the Front Desk team.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Deliver the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
- Run the "perfect shift" by ensuring all checklist items are complete and standards are upheld.
- Supervise Front Desk staff and ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Oversee the department in the absence of the Department Manager.
- Perform hourly tasks and operate equipment as needed, while assisting with new associate training and cross-training.
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned to maintain smooth operations.
What You’ll Bring
- An outgoing personality and positive attitude.
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
