Senior Finance Paralegal
115-125k, Hybrid.
Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Global Law Firm seeking to add a Senior Paralegal to their Finance Practice Group.
Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys on private equity, finance, and transactional matters.
- Assist with the preparation, review, and organization of transaction documents.
- Coordinate due diligence and closing processes.
- Maintain transaction records, checklists, and related documentation.
- Work with attorneys, clients, lenders, sponsors, and other parties throughout transactions.
- Assist with entity formation, organizational documents, and related filings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- 4+ years of experience supporting private equity, finance, corporate, or transactional matters.
- In depth knowledge of UCC, Lien and Litigation searches.
- Strong organizational and document management skills.
