Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and concerns.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on assessment results and collaborated goals with clients.

• Provide individual, couple, and family counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Document client progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic client records utilizing our practice management system.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health counseling through continuous education and self-directed learning.

• Participate in clinic staff meetings, case consultations, and professional development workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a broad demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and adjustment disorders. As an LPC at Solace Space, you will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, allowing you to develop a rich understanding of different perspectives and therapeutic needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in good standing with the relevant regulatory board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
