Global Sponsor Private Side Sales - Executive Director

As an Executive Director in JPMorgan's Global Sponsors Private Side Sales team, you will originate, structure and execute fund and asset-backed financing transactions for the firm’s Private Equity, Infrastructure, Secondaries and Real Estate funds. Typical transaction types include private and public equity backed margin loans, subscription lines, NAV lines, infrastructure credit ABLs and other alternative credit financings. This role will have primary coverage responsibility across several sponsor clients in North America.Job responsibilitiesDevelop and manage senior relationships across client portfolio Originate and lead negotiation of fund financing opportunities, and financing secured by equity and credit assetsWork in partnership with existing foreign exchange and interest rate teams to navigate overall derivatives opportunitiesGlobal partnership with banking, trading, credit, structuring and other internal partners in executing strategiesEvaluate credit, market and reputational risk, and work with appropriate partners to effectively manage these risksRequired qualifications, capabilities and skillsBA or BS requiredMinimum 10+ years derivative or structured finance experienceMinimum 5+ years’ experience working with financial sponsorsStrong knowledge of Global Markets, including equity, credit, fixed income and corporate debt marketsCandidates must display a high degree of ethics and integrityPrior experience working collaboratively under pressure in a team-based environmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skillsDerivative experience (rates, FX, equities)Corporate Finance JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
