This full-time remote role within our telehealth facility focuses on delivering confidential mental health services to adolescents and young adults facing emotional and psychological hurdles. Our salary range for this position is competitive, set between USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to valuing our staff.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality mental health care for our clients. Specific responsibilities include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead group therapy sessions that foster peer learning and support amongst clients, encouraging open communication and shared experiences.
• Individual Counseling: Deliver personalized therapeutic sessions focused on helping clients explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, ultimately developing effective coping strategies.
• Treatment Planning: Work collaboratively with clients to design individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique needs and goals.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document client progress using a variety of evidence-based assessment tools and feedback methods.
• Cross-disciplinary Collaboration: Engage with fellow professionals within our multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care successfully and consult on complex cases, ensuring comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be young adults aged 18 to 30 who are experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. Understanding the unique struggles this age group faces—such as transitional life phases, academic stress, and social pressures—will be essential in developing effective therapeutic relationships and supportive interventions.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; a Master's Degree in counseling or a related area is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience in working with adolescents and young adults in a counseling role is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience
