Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with adolescents and adults through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a comfortable and confidential environment.
• Perform thorough assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address diverse mental health issues.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to deliver effective treatment.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards in the mental health profession.
• Engage in regular team consultations, contributing to collective learning while staying updated on industry advancements and best practices through continuing education.
• Facilitate referrals to other mental health professionals or community resources when needed, ensuring clients receive comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a varied and diverse client base facing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. By applying a tailored, culturally competent therapeutic approach, you will support individuals in their journey toward wellness and resilience.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona is a must.
• Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective engagement with clients and team members.
• Strong time-management abilities to juggle multiple client schedules while maintaining quality service.
• A self-motivated individual who can work independently and is committed to collaboration with a supportive team.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, demonstrating your ability to work with a variety of mental health issues.
• Experience in using telehealth platforms such as SimplePractice or Zoom to deliver counseling services effectively.
• Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.), which enables you to customize treatment plans to benefit clients.

Compensation and Benefits

• Highly competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, with transparency in our compensation model linked to caseload.
