Full-Time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - Remote Telehealth Services

Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to deliver high-quality counseling services through our telehealth platform. You will be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment that values feedback, introspection, and growth. Your schedule will typically be Monday to Friday, with no evenings or weekends, promoting a healthy work-life balance. You will work closely with a diverse multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing responsive and individualized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Group Therapy Sessions: Lead engaging therapeutic group discussions, creating a safe space for clients to share their experiences and learn from one another.
• Provide Individual Counseling: Offer tailored one-on-one therapy that encourages clients to explore their emotions and develop effective coping strategies.
• Create Comprehensive Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to establish detailed, goal-oriented plans that address their unique needs and preferences.
• Monitor Client Progress: Utilize various assessment tools to track and evaluate clients' mental health progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is consistently delivered.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on young adults struggling with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. By providing empathetic support and evidence-based therapeutic techniques, you will help these individuals navigate their unique challenges, build resilience, and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in telehealth technologies and virtual counseling platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing counseling services to teens and young adults.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT or DBT.
• Previous experience working in a telehealth or remote counseling capacity.
• Knowledge of substance use treatment methodologies is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
