Position Davis Wire is currently seeking Production Workers for our Kent, WA location. These roles have the responsibility to produce and create the many products that the company offers. Responsibilities Operate machinery to draw, coil, and produce various types of wire and wire products Work with co-workers, supervisors and maintenance to troubleshoot issues with machines or material Maintain a clean work environment Be compliant with all safety regulations Read, understand and follow production schedule Qualifications Must be able to lift/carry at least 75 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs safely Must have reliable transportation and attendance Must be able to become certified and operate a forklift safely Must be able to pass pre-employment background, drug/alcohol, and physical screenings Must be at least 18 years old – due to work environment Job Type Full Time Benefits Medical Dental Vision Health Savings Account Dependent Care FSA Company Paid Base Life Insurance Life and AD&D Insurance EAP 401(k) – through the Teamsters Union Pension – through the Teamsters Union 9 Paid Holidays Paid vacation & sick time Schedule 12 Days on/2 days off
