Overview

Airbase/Lomax Carpet & Tile Mart is seeking an experienced Google Ads professional to lead our digital advertising strategy in-house at our Corporate New Castle, DE location . Your primary focus will be driving qualified customers into our 14 retail showrooms across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. You will also help grow our national and local e-commerce business by expanding online sales, Buy Online/ Pick Up/ In-Store (BOPIS), and White Glove Delivery opportunities.

You'll manage millions of dollars annually in Google advertising , developing high-performing campaigns that generate measurable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize our multi-million-dollar annual Google Ads budget.
• Build and manage Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping, Local, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
• Develop keyword strategies and customized campaigns for each local market.
• Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Increase showroom traffic, phone calls, appointment requests, and online sales.
• Expand national and local e-commerce opportunities through paid search and digital marketing.
• Analyze campaign performance, attribution, and ROI while continually testing and improving results.
• Partner with leadership to develop future growth initiatives, including Local SEO, AI-driven marketing, conversion optimization, marketing automation, and emerging digital advertising channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads management with proven results.
• Experience managing significant paid search budgets.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with Meta advertising.
• Analytical, data-driven, and passionate about continuous improvement.
• Experience in multi-location retail, home improvement, flooring, furniture, appliances, or similar industries is preferred.

Operating in 15 Flooring Superstores serving Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, South Jersey and South Carolina, we are seeking talented, highly energized, and experienced people to join our team! Familiarity with floor covering preferred, but we will train the right person.
