Capital Electric Supply has an opening for a Warehouse Administrator – Outbound at our Upper Marlboro, MD, location. This role provides administrative support to warehouse Outbound operations by ensuring accurate documentation, system entry, communication, and follow up. The Warehouse Administrator plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting operational efficiency, and enabling strong service to our branches and customers. Responsibilities Assist the Outbound Manager with daily outbound administrative activities. Process all outbound paperwork per company standards. Maintain accurate PO, transfer, and shipping records. Create packing slips in Eclipse as needed. Reconcile shipping and transfer reports. Resolve shipping discrepancies with branches, customers and internal teams. Ensure accurate outbound documentation and follow safety standards Communicate with internal teams and customers via email and phone Qualifications Prior warehouse administrative experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
