Overview Chief Legal Officer (CLO) - Data Centers A prominent leader within the digital infrastructure sector is seeking a highly accomplished and strategically minded Chief Legal Officer to join the executive leadership team. The organization is currently navigating a pivotal phase of hyper scale growth. This role serves as a key strategic partner to the CEO, offering the opportunity to lead the legal function for a complex public entity during a period of significant commercial expansion and massive capital deployment. Key Responsibilities Public Company Governance: Directing all SEC filings, public disclosures, and capital markets compliance to ensure the highest standards of corporate transparency. Transactional & Capital Leadership: Acting as the lead legal architect for multi billion dollar joint ventures, strategic M&A activity, and complex project financing for global infrastructure buildouts. Executive Advisory & Board Relations: Serving as a trusted advisor to the Board of Directors, providing critical guidance on corporate structure, regulatory frameworks, and strategic risks. Operational Risk & Real Estate Management: Proactively identifying and evaluating legal risks associated with a large scale portfolio of hyper scale assets, PPAs, and complex energy/land acquisitions. Who You Are Proven Public CLO/GC Tenure: You are a seasoned executive with a track record as a sitting Chief Legal Officer or General Counsel within a publicly traded company. Digital Infrastructure Expert: You possess significant experience in the data center, telecommunications, or large scale utility/infrastructure sectors, with a deep understanding of unique power, real estate, and regulatory challenges. Strategic Business Partner: You are an agile thinker capable of navigating sophisticated executive dynamics while delivering modern, scalable legal solutions that accelerate commercial velocity. Compensation & Visibility Package: Base salary of $400,000 - $500,000 plus a competitive executive compensation package including STI and substantial long term equity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
