Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), across various settings including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure clients receive timely support.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring that progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries are completed in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, equipping them with tools and knowledge to manage their well-being effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
