Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for clients based on their unique emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.

• Providing individual and couples therapy sessions utilizing mind-body modalities and other therapeutic techniques, while holding space for clients’ personal experiences and traumas.

• Fostering growth within the therapeutic relationship, encouraging open dialogue and feedback to continuously improve treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, primarily adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid clinical license as a PhD, PsyD, LMHC/LCMHC, LICSW/LCSW/LISW, LMFT, LPC/LCPC/LPCC.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required, while further educational credentials are a plus.

• Experience working in mental health and providing therapy, with a minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
