Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to formulate an understanding of each client's needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with students, taking into account their specific mental health goals and cultural backgrounds.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, connecting students with immediate support and facilitating continuous care with other healthcare professionals in instances of acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to effectively manage their well-being.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to deliver comprehensive care.

• Conduct regular outcome assessments to determine the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as indicated by patient progress.

• Stay updated on current research and emerging trends within the mental health field, integrating relevant findings into clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 84,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
