Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to determine the needs and challenges faced by clients.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with patients, integrating their goals and cultural backgrounds into every aspect of care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) to facilitate healing in individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring immediate support and refer patients to appropriate care resources.
\n
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to both clinic policies and relevant regulatory guidelines.

• Empower clients by providing psychoeducation to them and their families, helping them to understand their mental health conditions and effective management techniques.

• Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to create a cohesive support system for each client.

• Regularly conduct outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health research and practices to continually enhance service delivery and patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
