Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate effectively with students to create personalized plans that address their unique needs while connecting them with relevant community resources.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and development of safety plans for at-risk students.

• Foster relationships with community agencies to coordinate services and advocate for the interests of clients.

• Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss student progress and strategize interventions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
