This full-time position offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely while still engaging in onsite school-based activities as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather relevant information about clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and social supports.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's diagnosis.

• Collaborate with the treatment team to design and implement client-centered treatment plans, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans to meet clients' evolving needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes to promote community support and foster resilience among clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as required, ensuring safety and addressing immediate mental health concerns.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation compliant with ethical and legal standards, ensuring continuity of care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve serving students and their families in the educational system. You will engage with students facing a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues, providing the necessary therapeutic support to help them thrive both academically and personally.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program and hold an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as an ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is required, candidates with experience in school settings or those familiar with managing trauma-related disorders will be given preference. A strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities is essential, particularly those affecting children and adolescents.
