Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather vital information regarding clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals and needs.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessment and safety planning, for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards to enhance transparency and accountability in client care.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and valuable support groups that empower clients and foster community.

Compensation and Benefits\n
