Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resource availability.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans with specific goals and evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care plans.

• Manage crisis interventions through thorough risk assessments and safety planning, providing immediate and effective support when needed.

• Create and deliver psychoeducation classes and support group sessions to empower clients and educate families about mental health issues.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation to meet ethical and legal standards.
