Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses using appropriate psychological tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to develop individualized care plans that address diverse cultural needs and conditions.

• Continuously evaluate and monitor patient progress through regular assessments, adjusting interventions and care strategies to optimize outcomes aligned with mental health goals.

• Maintain meticulous and timely records of treatment notes, reports, and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to formulate comprehensive treatment plans, focusing on realistic goals and desired outcomes while maintaining open channels of communication.

• Provide referrals and establish connections between patients and other healthcare providers, acting as an advocate for patients in navigating their care pathways.

• Educate and mentor students, interns, and volunteers in the field of social work, sharing valuable insights and fostering the next generation of social work professionals.

• Engage in peer-review activities and clinical collaborations under the guidance of clinical supervisors, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
