Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the social, emotional, and psychological needs of students and families, ensuring comprehensive support plans are developed.

• Deliver individual and group counseling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique needs of adolescents and their families.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized service plans that align with client goals, facilitating progress and providing ongoing support.

• Advocate for clients’ rights, accessing necessary resources, and addressing issues related to social justice, ensuring each student receives equitable support.

• Engage in program development and evaluation, reporting on outcomes to secure ongoing funding through grants while continually enhancing service delivery.

• Collaborate with community organizations, educational institutions, and governmental bodies to create a robust support network for students and families.

• Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach activities to foster professional development and service improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele includes students from diverse backgrounds facing various challenges, such as anxiety, behavioral issues, trauma, and family dynamics. This role is pivotal in providing culturally sensitive care that empowers students to overcome obstacles and achieve their academic and personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure.
