Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs as well as social and environmental factors that influence their well-being.

• Provide tailored one-on-one counseling sessions that address various mental health and psychosocial issues, utilizing evidence-based techniques that align with best practices.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that focus on shared mental health concerns, creating a supportive environment for peer interaction and psychoeducation.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, establishing measurable objectives and utilizing therapeutic interventions that are empirically supported.

• Deliver crisis intervention services by conducting risk assessments, developing safety plans, and coordinating access to emergency resources when necessary.

• Advocate passionately for clients’ rights, ensuring access to necessary services while helping them navigate healthcare systems and community resources effectively.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in accordance with all relevant legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
