Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, you will have several essential responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Developing tailored treatment plans using evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other methodologies.

• Documenting clinical interactions and progress in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with a multidimensional treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a comprehensive care plan for clients.

• Participating in case consultations and peer reviews to continually enhance care quality.

• Engaging with clients and their families to educate them about mental health issues and available resources.

• Staying informed on the latest mental health research and integrating new findings into clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
